If you are broken up, you can't cheat on each other.  You are just a friend with benefits, a booty call.  He can do whatever and whoever he wants.  Now get out of the hockey section.

If you are still kissing and stuff you are not 'broke up', whatever he says, so of course its cheating.

It sounds like he wants his cake and wants to eat it too. He has you.. on the side to kiss and 'stuff' when he is at a loose end, but he can go with any girl he wants to and say its not cheating because you are 'broke up'!

Don't let him take advantage of your good nature.

The best thing to do, to make the point, is to stop the kissing and 'stuff' and see if he still wants to stay broke up! Then if he wants to get back with you, l recommend you laugh in his face and tell him to go use somebody else.

You can do so much better! Show yourself the respect he is obviously not giving you.

Andrew!  I missed you and seeing you Whalers avatar!

Here is my rule:  If I wouldn't do it in front of my boyfriend, then I will never do it.  

Kissing other people while dating another is wrong.....call it cheating....call it what you want.
