If men really are better than women...?

Question

...then why is their website for men only? Can they not handle female disagreement? And doesn't this expose the lie that only feminists want unequal rights? After all, men are fully welcome on GWS so doesn't that mean feminists are stronger than sexists? What are your thoughts? :-)

Well, Yahoo was created by men for everyone.

I would have to argue that most feminists (particularly some of the ones on here) are sexist, though obviously, men can also be as sexist, and men can be feminists also, apparently. There's also plenty of women are better than men websites out there.

Who says men are better than women? Since when? Women can give birth and do everything else a man can do plus that! So your premise is all wrong. Men have been perpetuating that ridiculous idea since the beginning of time, since it is obvious that they are not equal to women, in any way. they have to make up for their deficiencies by pretending they are better... everyone knows that! We must pity them.

The men there are funny in a sad way.

Really, they make excuses for their bad behaviour of treating women like c**p to keep them keen.

So, by all logic, if those men there are all offensive dingbats, then they truly must be desperate for women's attention.

They really need a good woman to show them who's boss because they really have no direction and don't know what they're on about half the time.  

Funny though how they try and act all scary by insulting women and using derogatory names, I never thought that was a real show of strength.

You made this way to easy. One if your going to group all people into a catagory atleast use a well known site, since i have never heard of that site i dont particularly care what they have to say or thier rules. Secondly men are on this forum for a number of reasons perhaps you have not noticed but there are male feminists along with non feminists on this site. Third how on earth does that prove any type of ability or power in the sexes. Which s*x is stronger is completly dependent on the indivduals in question its stupid to try and compare 3 billion men to 3 billion women, mainly because you  there simply is not enough logistical support to actually go threw and count every males talents vrs every females talents. So basically your question is nothing but smoke and mirrors and a weak attempt at best to try and say your superior to a bunch of sexist morons and then add on that you think your somehow better than an entire species. And people wonder why feminists have a bad reputation.

Men and women come in different shapes and forms and so do men's groups. Some men do believe they are better than women (and vice versa) Unfortunately there are quite a few men's groups that focus on hating women and feminists in particular. These women-hating groups seem to be very popular with some of the people who post here about how awful feminism is. It's weird that so few people post here about men's studies or masculism or positive men's groups when this is a gender and women's studies forum.

The couple of times I've asked questions about men's groups and listed the negative ones (like after I see a long list of "feminist" quotes from 40 years ago listed as a question) my questions seem to get deleted. Hmmm I'd say someone doesn't like hearing about the negative men's groups for some reason..makes you think some people like to diss feminists but really don't want a full picture of the nature of some of the current men's groups.

Women aren't allowed there doesn't mean they don't show up anyway. Their posts aren't deleted and some are taken seriously. Those who aren't ranting and calling the guys names. Go to a feminist website as a man and there is a vastly different tale.

I find it funny that you post 1 site that is from the "other side". How many anti man websites did you skip over to get to that one?

Really, I think those guys are just a fringe group and not different from women who say the same thing.  Problem is, I think the "women are better" questions here are from male trolls trying to prove their point.  I have NEVER met a woman who thought women were better than men, but I have met many men who are convinced that men are better than women.

Fact is there is no "Equalist" movement of any force.  Until then, feminism is the best road to equality.

3) Men are welcome on Y!A because it's Yahoo... but Feministing blocks men, other feminist groups don't want men on there(of course, because men are the enemy)... unless you chant their woman-power stuff.
