There was this situation about 30 years ago back in Denver.........

I lived in an upstairs garage apartment that adjoined the parking lot of an apartment complex next door.  There was one tenant, who parked right under my bedroom window, with the loudest muffler I have ever heard on a passenger car.  The real gasser was that he would crank it up every morning and leave for work about 1/2 hour BEFORE my alarm was set to go off!

I used to daydream about sneaking out there in the middle of the night, jacking up his car and secretly replacing his noisy muffler with a quiet one!

Now, I have a neighbor who parks in the spaces in front of my apartment and leaves the spaces in front of his own house empty as a way of picking on my handicapped boyfriend and making life more difficult for him.  I wish I could get the biggest and UGLIET wrecked vehicle I could find, park it right in front of his place and fill it up totally with wet cement!
