If my 40 gig ps3 gets ruined do i get a 80 gig one?

If my ps3 40gig gets ruined will they replace it with the 80 gig one

whatever the cost of your ps3 when you first buy it, then you can get which ever is in the store with the same amount... what theyll do is give you a gift card the price of your ps3... so, if theres a ps3 with 160gig and the same amount of your ps3 before, then you can get it...

The best answer is to ask your nearest Best Buy. From what I have heard it that Best Buy is no longer going to carry the 80 gig. Now there is a huge rumor that by the end of Sept. of 2008 that we will have one that is 160 gigs.

Because they stopped carrying the 40GB and now they have 80GBs, they will probably be forced to because they don't have any 40GBs left.

Then again, if it break you don't send it to best buy for replacement, you send it to Sony for fixing.

Also, the 160GB the previous person was talking about is the one coming in November or December bundled with Uncharted and a voucher to download the game PAIN on the PSN for free for $499.
