could it mean she has an ear infection? She is teething, but she only does it to one ear when she is eating. I didn't know what that meant.

  1. Yes, It probably hurts to chew.

  2. my son pulls on his ear when he's sleepy.

  3. It could be ear pain yes, but I think she's just bored.  When she's eating she doesn't have anything to do with her hands (assuming you're feeding her) and she likes to keep busy by grabbing anything within reach.  The ears are perfect:)  Unless she seems to actually be in pain, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

  4. That just means that her ear is hurting, ear aches/infections go hand in hand with teething.

There not alot that you can do exept keep putting bonjela on her gums and baby panadol for the earache, hope it get's better soon.

  5. It could mean she has an ear infection, but not necessarily.  My son does this all the time when he is eating, and he will be six months old on Wednesday.  I took him to the doctor, and he didn't have an ear infection.  The doctor said maybe he just likes to pull at his ears while he is eating.  :-)

  6. my son does this but he's only three and a half months old so i'm interested to see what people say. But its not only while he's feeding but a lot of the time ... i thought maybe he'd just discovered his ears.
