If my Triphasic Temps are going down.. Does that mean AF is coming???

It usually means that :( but there are always exceptions to the norm. My chart also has a triphasic pattern and temp has dropped today but no AF cramps which I usually start to get a few days before AF. http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/20dc... I started Vitex 10th August, and since 13th I have had sore nipples, and on off cramping and some occasions of hot flushes and dizziness.

Have you taken a HPT? When will you take one if AF doesnt come?

Generally speaking, yes, but anything is possible.... A lot of non-pregnant women have triphasic charts. Your best bet is to wait a day or two and see if AF comes. If she doesn't, take a test! Good luck!
