If my baby is 3 mm, how far along should i be?

Week 4 (3 weeks from fertilization)

The embryo measures 4 mm (1/8 inch) in length and begins to curve into a C shape.  so you are roughly around 4 weeks based on commen statistics and measurments, but you can give or take a few days but by Week 5 (4th week of development)

The embryo measures 8 mm (1/4 inch) in length.  so i doubt you are much more than 4 weeks.

Week 5: How tired are YOU!
