If my bachelor's degree is English Literature, can I take my master degree in Economy? Thanks?

yes you should be able to, you can get a masters in anything really it doesnt have to be connected with your bachelors.  The only thing is that they may have you take some classes before you start taking the graduate courses just to make sure that you have all the information required going in.

Yes, you can, if you have permission from the Graduate Dean or the equivalent in the College of Economics for the University in which you are going to be obtaining the Master Degree.

Contact the College, if you have the grades to assure them that you will be a good student of Economics, they should allow you to do so.  If your grades are not that good, then they may still allow it, on a probationary program.
