  1. He cannot literally feel it but your eating more and he sees that so of corse he is going to probably eat with you.. My husband gained weight durring all of my pregnancies from eating with me lol

  3. I always told my husband that he acted like he was pregnant more then I did. I think since he got so used to everything he started to get the thoughts and feelings in his head. So it could be possible.
