If my brother calls me from another country am I charged a fee?

I'm in the states and my brother called me from his honeymoon in Mexico... we pry talked for 5 min or so. Does it cost me money or only him for the international call?

it depends:

if he called you on your landline, then no there is no charge.

if he called you on your cellphone, (1) there will be the standard minute usage, but (2) you have to ask your cellphone provider if there is a fee for receiving a call from another country...
