  1. it helps to know your age, your present height and weight etc.

    If your calves are thickening, it means you are developing muscle and your calf measurement is a good indicator of how good your potential to develop muscle is. This is totally independent of your height which you inherit just like your muscularity. If you are lucky, you will be tall and muscular. The two aren't mutually exclusive.


  2. Depends on your age, current height and parents heights.

    If you are under 21 you may still grow, just eat lots of protein rich foods and drink milk.

  3. Your calves are thickening because the muscle is becoming more bulky.  Your height increases as the bones in your legs lengthen.  The increased mass of your muscle won't prevent this; they are independent developments.  As the bone lengthens, soft tissue like muscle changes to adapt.
