if all your payments are on time then you should not get repoed.

Why do think it might be repoed? If you've made payments on time and the bank thinks otherwise, get it straightened out FAST before the repo man comes.

If you're buying from a "buy-here-pay-here" dealer who does his own financing, they will repo at even the slightest delay in payments. Is is possible you made a recent payment a day or two late? Was the payment delayed in the mail?

If you are having a hard time making payment, take a moment and contact your bank. Feel them out about you being late or missing a pmt. You will get your answer and a good feel for how they will treat a repo. Some of them will let you retrieve it (with the payments caught up) and some won't work with you at all.

if all your payments are on time then they shouldnt repo your car...if they do..then get a lawyer and sue them
