14''x21''x8'' can i take it on board? or is it too big?

Does it have to be checked in?

Check with the airline you choose to take. Your carry one bag must be medium-small. Not to big. Southwest to me is the best. But they only let you take 50 pounds on lugguage.Make sure to check instead of having your items thrown out.......

Call the airline, because some airlines have different requirements, and they would be the only ones who could guarantee a correct answer. It would suck if you got there and they wouldn't allow you to take the bag you had packed for your carry-on.
