  1. not enough information.

no one knows who you are.

but you can call the state if you know where they are.

  2. Depends on if she wrote in any statements that she wanted the children with the other people.

You could petition a court for guardianship though.

  3. not enuf information

  4. Lots of unanswered questions...

    1.  What was your relationship with your daughter like?

    2.  Are you in contact with your daughter and do you know her wishes?

    3.  Do you think the children are in an unsafe situation with these people?

    4.  Are the people allowing you to see your grandchildren?

    5.  How long have the children be left?

    6.  Where are the children's father(s)?

    7.  Are you able to care for them as they should be cared for?

  5. Well, that's a tough one. Your child left HER children in the care of another couple who she obviously trusts and you want them why? Are your grandchildren being abused by the other couple? The people that your daughter left them with are the ones who are responsible for them. If you feel that they are unhappy and in danger, contact your daughter to get the ok to go get them. Or call the authorities. if they are fine, then simply go to the door and ask if they don't mind that you take them out to spend time with them. Why didn't she leave them with you Grandma?

  6. well kinda but not really. if your daughter left her kids with people she does not know for a long amount of time then thats adifferent story. but since you are not the legal guardian it is against the law, it would probally be kidnapping because your daughter would not know you had them. but if you dont like the peple that your grand children are with or you think your daughter is not taking care of her motherly responsabilities then you can call the police or try oto get custody of them

  7. If they have an order of guardianship or a court order of custody you have no right to get your grandchildren.

  8. In the eyes of social services, you would be a better guardian than an unrelated "stranger".  So go to their offices and get some help in getting them back.  You wouldn't be able to do it without a court order most likely.

  9. I BELIEVE YOU DO HAVE THE RIGHT. BECAUSE IF WHO EVER THOSE PEOPLE ARE THAT DON'T HAVE COMMUNICATION WITH YOU OR THE PARENTS THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE THE KIDS BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON OVER THERE. SO IF I WAS YOU I WOULD GO GET THOSE CHILDREN.
