  1. Personally, i wouldn't chance it.


  2. This happens to me all the time because my fridge settings are off.  Just run them under some warm water for a few minutes and they will be fine.  Don't try to cook them if they are still frozen they split apart.

  3. For scrambled eggs or quiche, they'll be fine. I wouldn't use them for anything else.

    Oh, and don't freeze the finished product.

  4. They are still good.  very good for you.  you might see a little protein denaturation because of the freezing and thawing process but it certainly won't hurt you.  As with all eggs make sure you cook them thoroughly to inactivate any microorganisms.
