If my father is a citizen in the US. Can i get mine through him? i currently have green card?

he would have to petitioni for you to become a citizen... and he will have needed to be a citizen for 5 years i think.... call ins to be sure :) good luck

Well, that question can't be answered with absolute certainty until you post how old you are and how old you were when your father became a US citizen (I'm assuming he is not a US citizen by birth).

Is your father a US citizen by birth or through naturalization??  It makes a major difference.
