  1. YOU CAN GET A MARRIAGE LICENSE THE DAY

BEFORE YOU GET MARRIED. THAT WAY YOUR

    BOTH THERE.

  2. You need to look on the website for the city and county that you will be getting married in.  Each one has different rules and waiting periods.  Some require blood test, some make you wait 3 days before you can pick up the marriage license.  Each county and state is different... so call your local government and ask them.

  3. my husband is in the army, and we got our together because they ask you many many questions. they'll ask where you grew up, where he grew up, parents addresses, high schools for them, what hospital they were born in, and what hospital you were born in, grandparents names, where they grew up... they basically ask you your family line. i don't have a relationship with my family but i knew the basics and they can work with you on that. you'll need your drivers liscense, (birth certificate helps!), social security, and some cash. i think our marriage liscense was $15? I'm in PA... you don't need blood tests anymore (that was like 15 years ago they quit that)  we BOTH signed at the end of the marriage liscense application. they had to have ID from BOTH of us to process it... so i'm assuming he has to be there. I don't think they would legally bind two people without them both concenting to it... but you could always call your local courthouse just to check on what to bring :)   we went to our local courthouse and just asked the front desk on where to go to to get a liscense.. :)

    hope this helps! stay strong!

  4. Better check with your state since marriage license procedure can vary from state to state.
