um..is this a joke or an actual question? The "Old rhythm" method is now called NFP which is Natural Family Planning and the # 1 form of BC used by Catholics.  It has nothing to do with rhythm as in music.  That is absurd! It has to do with taking your temperature and being in touch with your body to know when you're ovulating and on those days you abstain from having s*x.  And, also I'm not even sure what "falling pregnant" means, but it doesn't sound like something anyone would want to do.

No. The only thing that will stop pregnancy is some form of birth control, and even that is only 99% sure. Use a condom, its safer.
