  1. If you're asking "will it break" then no. Likely as not it'll hurt like crazy, particularly if shoes are worn, but it's unlikely to break under human weight. It is possible to break the bones in your hand, however on the past experience of various friends it does take considerable force from a hard object. Often the same force applied to an object with some give to it (like the difference between a solid core and a hollow door) makes enough of a difference that breakage doesn't occur.

    It's a question of force per square inch and direction of force applied (see link for more details.) Essentially, your friend would have to be able to apply 18000 pounds per square inch to your hand in order to break it by standing on it. This is actually possible if you have a particularly large friend who jumps onto it from a few feet above, however simply standing on the hand is unlikely to break it.

  3. no it wouldn't break. it's pure bone. i got my hand slammed in a car door and it didn't break. it won't break.  

  4. I guess this all depends on how fat your friend is.
