  1. maybe the power valve has detirorated..depends on model of carb,,,


  2. Change out the needle and seats and adjust the float level. It is to high.

  3. you have to adjust your air / fuel adjust screws, its called tuning your carb or you may have to change out your fuel needles

  4. Adjust the fuel level in the bowl.
