If my husband got approved in january 2006 for the conditional greencard? Does that mean its expired already?

I want to know if my husband got approved for the conditional greencard in january of 2006 does that mean his conditonal greencard is expired? Do I have to be there when he goes and applies for the permanet greencard?

yes, he should have lifted the restrictions 90 days before Jan 2008 (around Oct 2007)

yes, he had to be applied to get the permanent residence card like 3 months before january 2006. but dont worry he can still do it and work normally!! just apply!! it will not take a long time
