Also does El Salvador birth certificate expire if your getting a passport. Like if your getting a passport you need a recent birth certificate

A birth certificate is valid permanently.  It is a public record.

Marriage is likewise a matter of public record, and if performed legally in one country, valid in all others.  The only exception is islamic countries which allow more than one wife.  Only the first marriage is recognized as valid outside the islamic country where the subsequent marriages were performed.

Generally, all countries recognize marriages performed in all other countries. There may be a few exceptions.

A birth certificate never expires. Sometimes you need a certified copy of the original, which I think is what you mean by a "recent" birth certificate.
