If my last job went out of business, could futures jobs still know I had been empoyed by that company??

I am applying or a new job, but im not sure if i should go ahead and put my last job (company went out of business) on my resume. Will the job im applying for be able to get my info from that company some how or be able to talk to someone?

Yes list it on your resume. The company going out of business has nothing to do with it's employees. They might be able to track someone down to talk to about your employment or maybe you could get a letter of reference from the old company.
