  1. Your answer is no, every state is hooked up with a PDPS System, which stands for Problem Driver Pointer System where the courts notify each state of pending actions that need to be cleared.


  2. It is processed with your SS# and you are always asked if you have a suspended license and if you lie you can go to jail for that.  No you can't just go to another state for a license it would be illegal to even try.

  3. no license.. report will follow. and when you fill out the application to get one it will ask you if your license has been suspended in another state and if you put no. then you are guilty of falsifying a legal government document,
