  1. No, if you lose your license or are suspended in your state then as far as another state is concerned you do not have a valid DL for that state.

  2. Nope no can do.  That information is "shared" between all our States.

  3. Your license can only be suspended by the state that issued it.

Other states may suspend your driving privileges but not your license.

If you have a NJ license and NJ suspends it, you can't drive at all.

If you have a PA license, NJ can only suspend your driving privileges in NJ. You could still drive in PA or in some other states.

Some states have laws that say that if you are suspended ANYWHERE then you can't drive in that state.

If you have a PA license and your privileges are suspended in NJ, other states may not honor your driving privilege if they become aware of the NJ suspension, regardless of whether PA suspends your license or not.

  4. Actually YES you can drive in another state...you can even drive in your own state!!!  The problem lies in WHEN you get caught..........now in that situation it doesn't matter what state your in you'll be getting a ticket.

  5. no, if your license is suspended, then it is nothinng more than an ID card, not a drivers license.

  6. Just like a warrant.. (example) Just because you killed someone in one state then visit another does not make it legal.

  7. Sure can. Just drive carefully and do not get caught. Yes you need to pay the ticket too, it is going to be the least trouble for you. As an alternative, you could contest your parking ticket, see directions on the blog spot.

  8. Yes,

    but it wouldn't be legal.

  9. You can, but you'd be breaking the law.

Pay the ticket and don't try to be so sneaky.

If you got caught driving, it'll only cost you more in the end

  10. As stated above me, no you can not drive in your state or any other state.  Suspended licenses are suspended in all states.  Just like valid licenses are valid in all states.

Remember though when you pay off your parking ticket, you need to keep that reciept and take it to the DMV.  When you get to the DMV, show them proof (your reciept) and pay the reinstatement fee.  Your license will not be valid until the reinstatment fee is paid too.  And yes you can still be suspended if your ticket that got you suspended is paid for.

  11. --- The answer is no. Most states now have "Reciprocity" agreements between them which means, in simple terms, if you are suspended in one state then your license is no longer valid in the others.

--- However, you would not be charged with operating after suspension in any other state, only the one you are suspended in. In all other states you would be cited for operating with no valid drivers license.

--- So you can't operate in other states but the charge in other states would be operating without a valid license, not operating while suspended.

  12. no
