  1. Fundamentally, your marketing plan IS your business. It describes what strategies and methods you will use to bring your product to the consumer. If it is a success, that means that you are selling your product, which dictates revenues and drives all of the other components of your business.

  2. The major concern is that you are going to be able to supply the demand that you create.  You are going to have customer service people to answer the questions that people are going to have, you are going to have people to fill the orders, and you are going to have someone to run the books and the numbers.

With all of these people that are going to be helping you, you are going to need some rules, and guidelines, you are going to have to figure out how to hire the right people, and make sure that those people are doing the right jobs.

You also need to figure out how to systemize your business so you can work on growing the business and now just maintaining it.  Start with the end in mind, so you can grow a successful business that runs itself, and then you can teach others how to do this and sell the franchise.

What are you going to do with all of the money?  ;)

    Good luck!
