If my mom got a credit card and put my name as a user, will it effect my credit if she does not pay the card?

Because I checked my credit report and saw that my mom has not been paying the card. It looks like its effecting my credit.

  1. NO - Your mom is the person responsible for the card - not you.  However don't go on a wild spending spree!  You could lose more than money.


  2. If it is in her name and not yours, they will go after her.
