If they are your biological parents then you obviously get your traits from them.   Your brother from Russia is most likely from a further most western region of Russia where there is a large population of Asian people.Your sister from India, again a large populace of people of regional descent, as well as your Uncle from Iran.  Best guess, you are of Southeast Asian descent.

Your preposition 'from' does not give out anything. They must have adopted those countries. What matters is your ethnic stock from your father or mother's side.

There is a nice word for such people who adapted America, in my country:
