If my nipples are puffy does that mean my b***s still have to grow?

if my nipples are big and puffy does that mean they just grew faster then my b***s? and my b***s still have to grow or will my nipples always be puffy? i dont get it.

Yeah, they still grow. Your nipples just come to that time when they get puffy that's all.

nope they can still grow, but you will still have the puff. That's a good thing!!!
