If my pc says woking offline with xp?

when i try to connect to internet explorer i get the working offline tab. then when i try to go to a website it asks if i wanna connect. i can't go to any new pages at all. the offline option is on in file when i open a new window every time. please help

Go to the File menu in Explorer, and the second from bottom entry is "Work Offline" - click on that.

I had this problem a few days ago so here is how to fix it. Left click on File on your internet explorer and if there is a tick next to work offline left click it and it should work ok. I hope this works like it did on mine.

click tools then internet options. go on advanced then click on restore defaults. after that, go to programs then click on "reset web settings." that will do the trick.:D if it wont, try another browser.

go to file,check or uncheck the work offline

go into the tools button it should be on ur browser little bit further down form the 'x' where u close browser and check to see if work offline is clicked if so un-click it i used to get that all the time til i un-clicked it. should work and stop it from keep setting itself to work offline.

it happens to me sometimes u just need to wait for a while then on ur pc again reboot it and chek for any firewalls blocking ur internet, chek ur internet conection manually or try calling your internet provider

open IE-click file-uncheck "work off line"-suppose to stop that-if not then you got a bug in system
