Last week my ps3 was working fine then all of a sudden when I brought my modem from my pc (which I always use) it didn't work. I tried a different game but it wasn't the game. I have tried everything like call sony and my internet provider and it doesn't work. So does that mean it is my modem or do I have to get a new ps3.

  1. No you dont have to get a new one because its just a connection error. It happens to me all the time. And its easy to get around it. All you have to do is reset your modem if you have one. Or if you are using something other then a modem like an acess point close to your house then reset the PS3.

  2. It not the PlayStation its the internet connection contact your isp
