there are alot of us who got the same letter my last two are 82 i received my notice on Tuesday the 1st says expect on07/05/08 but because of the holiday we should expect some kind of stipulation delaying our payment Hope it does arrive on The 5th I'm Thinking the 7th but just maybe a few of us will get hooked up today the3rd peace

No   The forth is a holiday and the sixth is a sunday so I'd guess it won't get mailed till the seventh because that's a monday unless somebody puts it in the mail on saturday which is unlikely.

By the way, you can't cash it untill you get it. Wait.
