  1. If One Cup of Flour = 4 ounces, then there are 4 Cups to One Pound of Flour.

    If One Cup of Flour = 5 ounces, then there are 3 Cups 1 Ounce to One Pound of Flour.

    If One Cup of Flour = 6 ounces, then there are 2-2/3 Cups to One Pound of Flour.

  6. I'm unsure if the other person is right also what ever mesurements you have at home and unsure of what they could be, your pound is lb ,16oz, 500  grams, (0.5kgs)on the scales
