  1. I don't know.  You don't give enough information to give a proper answer.

What are you filing on your W-4?

How often do you get paid?

Since you are a teacher, are you going to be paid the entire year or just through the school year?  Is that even an option?

What are the amounts of your pre-tax deductions?

What are the amounts of your post-tax deductions?

Are you expecting a tax refund or do you expect to owe when you file your taxes?

Answer those questions, and review IRS Publication 15 and the similar publication for your state and local income taxes.  Social Security taxes are withheld at 7.65% of your gross pay.  If you do that, you will be able to find out your net pay based upon your gross pay.

  2. Depends on way too many things to answer.  Key in your info at paycheckcity. com and it will give you a good estimate.

  3. go to paycheckcity.com - payroll calculator

  4. about 1800-1900ish if paid every other week

about half that if paid every week

(it will be different depending on  how much you are contributing to your retirement fund, etc. and what you claim i.e. married and 1, etc.)
