First, check the convergence and make sure the blue hasn't shifted.

If that doesn't help, you'll need a pro.

Other than convergence, blue tint usually means that either the focus control has failed in the blue circuit, or the imaging device (crt if it's older, or SXRD chip if it's newer) has failed. If the imaging device has failed, it's usually the red that's bad if you see too much blue.
