If my telephone line is bugged is my computer also?

I have good reason to believe that my telephone is bugged. When I am on the internet, when I move page, it now appears that there are several under it.

What makes you think  your phone is bugged?

What you are seeing on your computer is some ad-ware or something popping up windows below the main one, that has nothing to do with phone bugging.

I would run an antivirus, then a spyware detector - sounds like you are infected.
