If nations of the world cut off trade with one another, what products might you no longer be able to obtain?

Coffee.......off season fruits and of course poorly manufactured cheap plastic gadgets from China.....

The answer depends on where you live.  The United States has an abundance of almost every natural resource with the exception of diamonds.  U.S. citizens may not be able to purchase electronics and automobiles that the Japanese specialize in, but they can all be produced in the U.S.

A country with limited natural resources and limited technology would be much worse off.  A country without oil - no petroleum products.  A country without copper - no wires, electric motors, etc.

You kind of have to look at the domestic resources and level of technology for each country in question.
