If neutral conductor is dangerous than if earth acts as the neutral than it is also dangerous?

what i am saying is the in the circuit current flows when there is closed path but after providing earthing no path is there so hoe current will flow ?

    Why do you think that the neutral conductor is dangerous?

    The earth can provide part of the part for a electrical circuit.  It is mostly at "zero" volts (some exceptions for near powerful electric sources,  such as lightning and high-voltage lines).
