  2. Legally she can. Bill Clinton cannot serve as president, but can become vice president.

    If the position becomes vacant, the next in line jumps ahead of Bill. That would be the speaker of the senate, IIRC.

  3. Ha! No. No way. Legally, and sensibly no. She wouldn't even think about it.

  4. The 12th Amendment states, in part “…no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States. “

    The 22nd Amendment states, in part, “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice…”

    Since Bill has been elected to President twice, he is therefore ineligible to be VP.

  5. No she cannot and Bill has already said he will not hold any official position.

  6. No, the VP has to be able to be president, & he has already served his time. I think he will do best as a sounding board for the president Hillary, & let her choose her own VP.
