If nothing ever sticks to TEFLON, how do they make TEFLON stick to the pan? ?

  1. Nothing organic sticks to the pan, so don't make a pan out of organic material.


  2. that's the problem they had, until they started using cheaper highly porous metal.

    the teflon would seep into the porosity before it set up, and could not physically get out of the pores

    much like a monkey that gets caught with its hand in a small hole made in a cocoanut, because it won't let go of the food in the trap... & it can't get its fist back out of the whole
