If obama wins dose gas prices go down?`?

This is what i've been hearing but i'm not sure if its true.

I know with drawing ourselves from iraq will make the value of the dollar go up ,but will the opec member be willing to drop the cost.

look gas prices are not going down. Jesus Christ could be president and gas prices are not going down. Obama as president will only increase the prices faster than if mccain is president. Dems dont want drilling in anwar, or the use of nuclear power, at least mccain supports both of those ideas. Obama preaches change, how can he change the gas crisis without doing anything. No one has asked him how he is going to change things, they just believe he will change things, no alot of logic there is it. leaving iraq will actually cause the middle east to become even less stable than it already is. Believe it or not, if America leaves iraq someone raghead country will try and take it over, aka IRAN that will cause oil prices to jump even higher. Democrats need to get some good idea or at least try something like republicans want to. But All politicians are liars and crucks, so america is screwed either way.

i don't think an Obama victory will magically make oil more plentiful, it's running out, and what is left is getting harder to get out of the ground. thats the simple facts.

What does the president have to do with the price of gas? The answer is no.

Gas will go up because he wants large new taxes on oil which we will have to pay for at the pump. Jimmy Carter did the same thing and it was a disaster.

Alittle. Maybe 50 cents a gallon or so... The HARD part- will be keeping them from going back UP again sometime next year... With China gobbling up more & More of the World's supply of Oil- it's inevitable that the increasing DEMAND for the stuff- is GOING to keep the Prices rising... We have GOT to find OTHER ways to make Energy in this Country...  :(

The price of gas will continue to go up no matter if Senator Obama or Senator McCain are elected may it go down if we have a gradual withdrawal  from Iraq.
