  1. You are so right, oil industry = organized crime.  When it goes up the price on pumps goes up immediately when it goes down it will take 3 weeks to show.

    Bush has to go!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Because it will probably be back up around 150 next week.   The market is too volatile to immediately change retail prices based on a couple days of commodity trading.

  3. Gas can't be that cheap because everyone seem fighting over the limited amount...

  4. because it wants to eat peanut butter.

    duhh!

  5. because oil companies like to steal from people and s***w the public

  6. Apparently, it only goes UP immediately.

  7. It doesn't really matter how much the price per barrel is, it's the fact that we don't have enough refineries to purify the oil fast enough to use it for gasoline.  So, until we get a few more refineries, the price of gas is bound to stay ridiculously high.

  8. Well at a local gas station in my town the price has gone down 30cents , before it was 4.29 now its 3.99! ( Considering I live in Maine, thats really cheap! ).  Its used to be the most expensive gas station in town, now its the cheapest.

  9. It takes time to adjust and if business is decent, the prices can remain high.

  10. Takes awhile to trickle down.
