If one was to have a relationship with an adult child of one first cousin. Is that consider incest?

Your cousin's child is your 'first cousin once removed' and all US state and most of the world that is Not incest by law, and you can get marriaed.  Also becoue of the 'once removed' if you ever have kids there is about a 4% of something bad, but it 3% anyway if he/she was someone you did not know.  It about 4-5% for a women over 40.  But your family may not like it, I do not know.
