If one were to meet a British monarch, should they be addressed as "Your Highness" or "Your Majesty"?

  4. Your Majesty should be used for a king or queen.  Your Highness should be used for princes, princesses, or the monarch of a principality (sort of a sub-kingdom or kingdom-within-a-kingdom).

  5. as a form of address can be glossed as "Your Majesty" or "Your Highness",
