  1. Walk into the agency with your contract and your lawyer and hold them accountable. And if they refuse, take them to court. WAY more agencies need to be held accountable for the BS they promise people in measly contracts.

holy smokes I just gave stillme a thumbs up.

  2. Take a careful look at the contract.  Does it say that the agency will facilitate contact "if", or "unless"........?  Some conditions that might change that would be if the child does not wish contact.  Most children over the age of 12 can have a say in what happens with this contact, and it may be in their best interest to honor this.  Ask the agency to clarify the reason they cannot send your son communication -- is it because he is over 17?  Is it because he does not want contact?  Is it because of your behavior?  Is it because of the details agreed to in the contract?  They need to be more specific, and can.  You can as well, read the contract and perhaps find a reason contained in it as well.  If you do not have a copy, simply request one from the agency through registered letter.  Good luck!

  3. Once he turned 18, the agency no longer has the obligation to follow the contract. You will need to find him and contact him directly.

  4. the agency has no say anymore.  but they're usually full of a bunch of BS anyway.

all my info was falsified, so why on earth would i believe anything they said anyway.
