If our Deficit is already way out of control, how then are we able to help the Flood victims?

Where EXACTLY is that money gonna come from, because by the looks of things, those flood victims r gonna need alot of help.

It will help if we put someone in office who will actually give the country a surplus, like we had with Clinton.  Until then we will just make our deficit bigger.

the deficit has been out of control for decades we will just put it on credit like always. we borrow from other countries like China and Europe that is why the dollar value is going down and the Euro is going up there money is more secured

We have no choice.  If we don't help, then there will be riots because the government isn't taking care of the people.  Countries borrow from each other, and perhaps we have an emergency fund for such an occasion?  I'd hope the government did budget for such situations.

I suspect that they'll get about as much help as the Katrina victims got.

So basically we as taxpayers will be paying on warehouse and storage fees until the food and supplies go bad; and then those supplies will be given away to other government agencies.

It should be money taken out of government foreign aid programs... WE COME FIRST!!
