If our saviours are full of HATE & FEAR will we be able to live in peace, freedom, and harmony?

No we won't.  The only logical answer is we will live in a massive Police state.  As for victories, sometimes the Stormtroopers themselves become liquidated (example the SS kill the SA.)

When the media no longer needs you, you will be attacked, divided and subdivided.  Then cast away.*  There will never be peace, freedom & harmony.  Those are lies to lure you into the killing fields.  Forever there will be domestic uprisings

(today known as "terrorists.")  

Saftey will be smugness...and the "victors" will be rotten to the core (corrupt.)  That is, unless herstory is superior to history.

I hardly think that hate and fear are able to co-exist in harmony with peace and freedom.  Its an impossibility.  Who are these saviors and from what am I being saved?

Our Saviors?  I know of only one Savior, and he has none of those qualities.  However, for people in general, I do not think it is possible for people with hate and fear are able to co exist in peace and harmony with freedom.
