  1. Red shift refers to the Doppler shift of objects as they move away from our position.  Some planets are moving towards us, others away, but as they reach other points in their orbit that motion will reverse.  Nothing in our solar system is moving permanently away from us, so I don't know what you mean by this question.


  2. There is no "red shift" in our solar system.  If there was, then the planets would all be receeding from the sun.  And they ain't.
