You're joking, right?  How badly do you want to be ripped off?  Basic rule - don't sell outside your own country unless you know exactly who you're dealing with.  don't rely on paypal to protect you - first sign of fraud and they'll take that money straight back, never mind the fact it could be days later AFTER you've sent off the goods.
