I believe there isn't one. If you refer to the link below you suggested Liverpool but when entering Blackpool it doesn't give one for the place.

Scroll down looking at the right, look for demonym, apparently that's the name for that sort of thing. It will list one for Liverpool but not Blackpool

I don't think there actually is one, so you could make one up and call it yourselves. Otherwise your in with the rest of us Lancastrians (that's people from Lancashire, not Lancaster!, crazy, i know)
